The conference takes place at Steam Hotel ─ the well-renowned venue by lake Mälaren in Västerås.

An overview of the registration categories and prices is found below.
The SCS2025 conference aims to promote community and networking by keeping attendees on-site for the duration of the meeting. Hence, the registration fee includes conference participation, lunches and coffees 16-18/6 and the conference dinner on the 17/6.
Please note that accommodation is only included in the fee for those who have registered for a room before April 16. After April 16, registration for the conference is done here but booking of a hotel room is done by the participant through direct contact with the hotel, see here.
Accomodation is included in the fee for everyone who has registered for a room during the conference before April 16. Any additional nights must be covered by the participant.
Please observe that dinner on Monday the 16th of June is not included. For group reservations in the restaurant, please contact Steam Hotel directly.

Important deadlines
To increase your chances of getting a room at Steam Hotel, register before 14 February
Early bird registration deadline: 14 February
Deadline for submission of abstracts for oral presentations: 15 March (accepted abstracts for oral presentations will be notified by 30 April)
Deadline for submission of abstracts for poster presentations: 15 May (accepted abstracts for poster presentations will be notified by 1 June)
Registration closes on 15 May
Cancellation
Cancellation of a room at Steam Hotel after 14 February 2025 will not be refunded.
The deadline to cancel your participation in the conference is 15 May 2025. After this date, the participation fee will not be refunded. Note that the room fee for Steam Hotel will not be refunded if you cancel after 14 February.
